Before venturing into the resale real estate industry, Heather gained valuable experience as an Office Manager/Controller at Belsito Homes from 1992 to 2013. Her responsibilities encompassed financial management, including evaluating the feasibility of new projects, monitoring costs and profits, and preparing financial statements. She also played a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with industry organizations such as TARION and various builder groups.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Heather has demonstrated proficiency in property management. Since 1992, she has successfully managed 20 rental properties owned by the Belsito Group. Her responsibilities include listing properties for rent, screening potential tenants, conducting lease signings and renewals, managing rental income bookkeeping, and handling legal matters as necessary.

Heather's diverse professional background includes a period as a Computer Training Specialist from 1990 to 1994. During this time, she developed and delivered training programs in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to various companies. Her exceptional training skills earned her the opportunity to manage training for a large pharmaceutical firm, where she was responsible for scheduling classes and delivering training sessions.

Prior to her career in real estate and training, Heather served as a Word Processing Specialist/Supervisor at Ernst & Young (Clarkson Gordon) from 1985 to 1989. She quickly rose through the ranks, eventually assuming the role of Supervisor of the department. In this position, she supervised a team of 24 staff, developed training programs for new systems, and provided PC support and training to professional staff.

Heather's passion for sharing knowledge and expertise led her to serve as an Instructor at Sheridan College's Continuing Education program in 1987. She developed course materials and taught a night school course on word processing concepts, contributing to the education and skill development of aspiring professionals.

She has played a crucial role in recruiting agents as well as admin staff and has successfully built the team’s entire Inside Sales Department. With a focus on enlisting individuals looking to get licensed, Claudelle has seen several ISAs transition from inside sales to licensed agent on the team - she is particularly proud of the success this team within a team has seen.

Under her guidance, the Inside Sales Department handles thousands of incoming leads, works the database with both inbound and outbound communications and sets a minimum of 100 qualified seller/buyer appointments each week. There are strict KPIs set for each ISA and the training and ongoing support they receive from her sets the groundwork for their chosen career path.
